Refund policy
There are unfortunately no refunds or exchanges on items. In instances where items are damaged upon arrival, please email shopclaywitha@gmail.com immediately to determine further steps.
Since every item is handmade, please allow up to 7 days of processing prior to shipping. Once your package is dropped off at the Post Office, it is now in their control and time.
Once your package is dropped off at the Post Office, the ETA is no longer up to me.. unfortunately. USPS does experience random delays throughout the year but if you have any questions regarding your ETA please email us! We'd be happy to look into your order and make sure it is on track!
Customers are responsible for typing their correct name/address with apartment/space number, if necessary. In the event that you fill out your shipping information incorrectly, email shopclaywitha@gmail.com immediately.
ClayWithA is not responsible for packages that are incorrectly delivered and/or not delivered. USPS is responsible, but if you have any concerns please send us an email!
